The water in the pool helps hold the liner walls to the swimming pool shell therefore draining the water can unseal the liner and could cause creases.
Once removed or a crease having been formed the liner will be near impossible to re hang
Therefore it is our advice you get into a good habit of regularly maintaining and cleaning the liner to avoid draining down the pool.
